DWTS - Week 5 (Rumba/Samba)

Okay, Emmitt was great, so overall I'm happy, but two things bugged the hell out of me. First of all, the judges comments still aren't matching their scores, which is annoying, but mostly...the music for every single person sucked. Its not that I didn't like the music, but none of it matched the dances, which was annoying. I mean come on, Emmitt danced the Samba to a Cha Cha song.

Joey - I pretty much agree with the judges on Joey. He's a little too...something. He did look awkward, and honestly, it was nice to see him actually not nail something. Not safe.

Willa - Seriously, if Emmitt wasn't in this, I'd be going for Willa. She is SO good. And precious. Her rumba was the only one I really liked. And that's sad, because I love the rumba. Hopefully safe, but not sure.

Monique - There's still something about Monique thats a little too overemotional for me. Maybe its internal, but its definitely something. Her footwork is still really good and she's really natural. Not safe.

Sara - She sucks. That's all. There's no other way to spin it. There's nothing technically wrong with the steps, but its like she walks the whole dance...or something. I feel like Tony has to lower himself to her level. She better go home soon. NOT safe.

Mario - He's really good. REALLY good. But very cocky, so I'm still not on board. In the rumba the woman is supposed to be in control, and Mario took the lead way too much. Safe.

Jerry - He was SO hilarious and he really wasn't too bad on the technical stuff. I'm glad he got his highest scores. I think he really might be safe, but I'm not totally convinced.

Emmitt - AUGHHH! SO GREAT. I knew he would be because its latin, but oh man, he was fabulous. He is such a cutie and man I hope he wins. I love it when he does the hip action! SAFE!

So, I think Joey, Sara, and Monique are in the most danger, considering scores and fan bases. But a pretty good night overall.

DWTS - Week 4 (Waltz/Pasodoble)

Well...I don't like the pasodoble, and I think the Waltz is dull if you don't do it right, so I didn't really enjoy tonight all that much. That, and the fact that I have no idea what the hell the judges are thinking. Their comments don't match their scoring, and they rarely comment on anything technical. "It moved me." 10! Give me a break.

Monique - I've been impressed with her technically every night except for tonight. Can you be overtheatrical in ballroom? Cause I think she was. Not horrible, but not her best.

Emmitt - ehh...I saw this this coming a mile away and honestly it pisses me off. WHY can't they give Emmitt a dance that suits him? He would have been great at the waltz, but the pasodoble wasn't "his dance". At least the judges *eccentricity* carried over and he got good marks.

Willa - I think this chick is a GOOD dancer. She's been solid every week, and hopefully now that she's got a fanbase, she'll be sticking around for a while.

Sara - If she doesn't go home tonight, I might cry. It. Was. Awful. Again, this wasn't her dance? Len says, well let me ask ya, what IS her dance? Cause I haven't seen it yet. This girl cannot dance. Its sad, but its true...and the fact that she ruined PHANTOM of all things, is just...horrible.

Jerry - Ahh...Tennessee Waltz. It's the only one worth anything, im my opinion. This was absolutely beautiful and deserved way higher marks than it got.

Vivica - What the crap was she wearing, first of all? I sort of agreed with the judges for once on this one...she needs to be a bit more feminine.

Joey - Showy, but good. I thought Jerry's was more heartfelt, which is important in a waltz.

Mario - Great dance, but I just don't like the pasodoble so it always looks awkward to me. And I don't like Mario Lopez, so...its tough.
