IDOL - Chris in the bottom 3!

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little bit happy that Chris was in the bottom three, but this week it isn't because he wasn't good...its because he is starting to mix it up and I feel like he is Katharine's biggest competition. He was excellent last night and absolutely did not deserve to be in the bottom three tonight. Plenty of other nights, sure, but not tonight. But I feel like something he said might have rang true...either last week or a couple of weeks ago, after Simon repremanded him for an indulgent choice, he said that was the kind of songs that his fans expected from him, and if thats true, than this week clearly wasn't. So maybe his fanbase didn't care for what he did last night. Then again, maybe its as simple as Chris fans had to work late and Kellie fans were in front of the TV ready to dial. Who knows. I don't get America. Either way...the right person went home...finally.

On a different note...love songs? Is it just me or is that really general? Is there a certain list they have to pick from or just any love song ever?
