GILMORE GIRLS - Super Cool Party People

Colin: Honor is on her honeymoon in Mykonos trying to get a flight back and Logan's mom checked herself into some sort of spa in Arizona the moment she heard.
Finn: When the going gets tough, the tough get hot rock massages.
Rory: What about Mitchum?
Finn: The Dark Lord? We left word but haven't heard anything back.

I'll start this post with something completely non-related to this episode...a moment of silence for Team Palladino, who are officially not returning for the 7th and probably last season of Gilmore Girls. At first I didn't know how I felt about the whole Warner Bros. negotiation rumors, but after Michael Ausiello's super interview I'm totally siding with them...I would have left too. That doesn't change the fact that it might as well be the series finale in two weeks because next year will probably suck...not to mention that I think I want ASP to be my best friend. Bye bye TP...we love you.

More Finny moments...YAY!! And nothing makes me crack up more than everytime we see Honor she's got a cigarette in her hand. Not a whole lot of story happened here, but it had the best moments...Finn & Colin, Honor, Paris calling the doctor, and then Rory calling Mitchum...classic. I like that Rory was worried about Logan and they both apologized to each other. I like it when they're happy. In the interview ASP talked about keeping it interesting and mixing it up, and I think she's right with Luke and Lorelai and the show in general, but I have to respectfully disagree with her when it comes to Rory and Logan. Both Matt Czuchry and the way Logan's character is written are so dynamic that their relationship supports itself. They don't need a whole lot of drama and back and forth relationship issues because their daily relationship makes good TV.

So...I'm really hating Luke more and more every week, but who knew that I would start hating Anna Nardini so much. Not trusting someone that has a daughter and raised her in basically the exact same situation is completely and utterly ludicris. I'm pretty sure she's weirdly jealous in some way and she just doesn't want Lorelai in her life and its looking like its moving towards a scenario where he's going to have to choose between his daughter and his future wife and that's just great. Let's think back to when Anna never told Luke he had a kid and as soon as he found out he's been nothing but great (at least with April)...what right does Anna have to made these unilateral decisions, just because she decided not to include Luke in his daughters life??? And Luke, you can't keep someone away from someone else just because you're afraid they'll like them better...that's the epitomy of destructive low self esteem...don't project your issues onto Lorelai.
